EX Group is a project / brand name and is not yet a registered company. Privacy questions about this website can be sent to the contact email below. Information about a future legal entity and any new data processing will be published when confirmed.
Browsing the current site
The website has no inquiry form, user registration, newsletter signup, payments or wallet connection. Its application code does not add advertising trackers, analytics cookies or a visitor database. This does not mean that hosting and security providers process no technical information.
Email inquiries
If you choose to send an email, your email service sends your address, message and any attachments to the listed Gmail inbox. The website only opens your email application; it does not send the message or store a copy in a website database. Share only the information needed to explain your inquiry. Do not send passwords, private keys or confidential datasets.
Purpose, access and retention
Email correspondence is used to understand and respond to project inquiries and relevant follow-up. Access is limited to authorised personnel responsible for handling inquiries. Ordinary inquiry emails are cleared six months after the last communication. Records relating to an active collaboration or dispute have separately determined retention periods based on the reason they remain necessary. You may contact us to request earlier deletion. This policy requires mailbox administration; the website does not automatically delete email from Gmail.
Hosting and external services
The website at exgroupglobal.com uses Vercel hosting. Hosting, access-control and security services may process request information such as IP address, browser information and access times, and may use their own session mechanisms. Gmail is provided by Google. Their processing is governed by their own notices and service arrangements; no specific hosting location or provider retention period is promised here.

Use the email below to ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Any applicable rights and necessary verification depend on the circumstances and relevant rules. If accounts, forms, analytics, payments or product services are introduced, their handling arrangements will need to be explained separately.
